- 4 cups hot water
To Make:
- Pour boiling water over herbs in a large heat-safe bowl.
- Cover and let steep for 5 minutes.
- Place the bowl inside the toilet or squat safely above it.
- Drape a blanket around your waist and steam for 10–15 minutes. Breathe deeply.
2. Womb Warrior Steam
- 1 tbsp mugwort
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 tsp yarrow
To Make:
- Add herbs to bowl and pour 4–5 cups hot water over them.
- Steep 7 minutes with lid.
- Carefully position yourself above the bowl with a towel wrap.
- Steam for up to 20 minutes. Use after menstruation.
💧 Intimate Oils
To soften, soothe, and hydrate the outer vulva area. Use as needed post-wash or before rest.
1. Calendula Comfort Oil
- 1 cup olive oil
- ½ cup dried calendula
- 5 drops chamomile EO (optional)
To Make:
- Infuse calendula in olive oil for 2 weeks in a sunny window (or heat gently for 2 hours).
- Strain. Add chamomile EO.
- Store in amber dropper bottle.
- Apply a few drops externally after a bath.
2. Aloe + Jojoba Cooling Oil
- 3 tbsp aloe vera gel
- 1 tbsp jojoba oil
- 2 drops lavender EO
- 1 vitamin E capsule
To Make:
- Combine all in a jar.
- Shake or whisk well.
- Store in fridge and apply a dab externally for soothing hydration.
🛁 Herbal Sitz Baths
For postpartum recovery, tenderness, hemorrhoids, or soreness.
1. Soothing Herbal Bath
- 1 tbsp comfrey
- 1 tbsp plantain
- 1 tbsp calendula
- ½ cup Epsom salt
To Make:
- Place herbs and salt in a muslin bag.
- Drop into warm shallow bath or basin.
- Soak 15–20 minutes.
- Pat dry with soft cloth.
2. Rose & Yarrow Cooling Soak
- 2 tbsp rose petals
- 1 tbsp yarrow
- 1 tbsp mint
- ½ cup baking soda
To Make:
- Steep herbs in 2 cups boiled water for 15 minutes.
- Strain into sitz bath, add baking soda.
- Soak 15 minutes.
- Follow with light oil application.
🧼 Gentle Yoni Washes
Not a douche—just a soft wash for external cleansing.
1. Aloe & Rose Wash
- ¼ cup aloe vera gel
- 2 tbsp rose hydrosol
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup warm distilled water
To Make:
- Mix all ingredients in a squeeze bottle.
- Shake before each use.
- Use 2–3x a week externally.
- Rinse thoroughly.
2. Chamomile Honey Cleanser
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 2 tbsp cooled chamomile tea
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 3 drops lavender EO (optional)
To Make:
- Stir ingredients together.
- Apply to outer vulva, gently massage.

To Make:

- 2 tbsp tulsi tea (cooled)
- 1 tbsp lavender hydrosol
- 1 tsp vegetable glycerin
To Make:

1. Lavender & Plantain Repair Balm
- 2 tbsp plantain-infused oil
- 1 tbsp shea butter

To Make:
- Gently melt butter, oil, and beeswax.
- Add EO and stir.
- Pour into small tin and let set.
- Apply a small amount at bedtime.
2. Honey & Oat Soothing Balm
- 1 tsp raw honey
- 1 tbsp oat infusion
- 1 tsp jojoba oil
- 1 tsp beeswax
To Make:
- Brew oat infusion, reduce to concentrate.
- Mix with honey and oil.
